Order Cut-off Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (WAT) on business days are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will have an additional business day added to the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Regions & Timeframes
- Lagos Mainland & Ikorodu (Local delivery): Delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Other Nigerian cities or states: Delivery usually within 2–4 business days, depending on the courier and location.
For bulky or oversized items, timelines may match those for “other cities”.
Business Days
Deliveries are calculated on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends. For select express services, weekend delivery may be available.
Delivery Methods
Door Delivery
- Delivery starts from the date the order is placed.
- Our delivery agent will make up to two attempts within 5 days, between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- If both attempts fail, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Pickup Option
- You’ll receive an SMS notification once your order is ready for collection.
- Please collect within 5 days to avoid cancellation.
- (Note: SMS delivery may vary depending on your mobile provider.)
