We strive to maintain accurate stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will:

  • Ship the available items immediately.
  • Contact you to offer a refund for the unavailable items or let you decide if you’d like to wait until they come back in stock.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
You’ll see the shipping cost clearly listed at checkout and it must be paid before finalizing your order.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:30 PM WAT are typically shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after that cut-off will be dispatched the next business day—especially for Lagos and nearby states.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on location, but typical estimates are:

  • Lagos Mainland: 1–2 business days.
  • Greater Lagos / Outlying Regions: 2–4 business days.
    If delivery is delayed, please contact us so we can follow up with our courier partner.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use this link to monitor delivery progress in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged on Delivery: Please refuse to accept the package and contact us immediately so we can assist.
  • Noticed Damage Later: If you realize the product is damaged after delivery, reach out to our support team right away via website chat or email.

7. Returns & Refund on Shipping

If your order includes faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we’ll help you process a return. However, standard shipping costs are non-refundable, so refunds or replacements apply only to the product cost.
