Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Note: Prescription medicines and custom orders cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    Once the item is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after 14 days of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.
  • Provide photos and order details for quick assistance.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available.
  • To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
